Dr Matt Tidmarsh

My research interests are interdisciplinary, drawing from criminology, sociology, and social policy. My research, which focuses predominantly on staff who deliver community sanctions and measures, is qualitative. It uses Appreciative Inquiry, a strengths-based interview strategy which seeks to draw out peak moments and accomplishments to highlight best practices.
