Dr Jose Pina-Sánchez

I am a Quantitative Criminologist based at the School of Law. I have mainly worked on criminal sentencing and police data integrity. As a result my methods interests have taken me to explore strategies for the adjustment of measurement error, and for the approximation of causal inference based on observational data. Besides that, I have worked and continue to be interested on: longitudinal data analysis, multilevel modelling, sensitivity analysis, meta analysis, missing data adjustments, latent variable estimation, expert elicitation techniques, and Bayesian methods.
